Bridge Of Allan Sports Club Tennis
Our tennis events include:
- Weekly social tennis nights
- Weekly team nights
- Regular fun handicapped tournaments for everyone
- Junior mini-leagues
- Club championships
- Hosting the Scottish Veterans Championships
We currently have a number of tennis teams that play in various leagues:
- 2 men's teams in the 1st and 3rd Divisions of the Central Leagues
- 3 ladies teams in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Divisions of the Central Leagues
- A men's team in Division 2c of the National League
- A ladies team in Division 2b of the National League
- 2 (mixed) teams in the Central Autumn Leagues
- 2 (mixed) teams in the Central Winter Leagues
Bridge of Allan sports Club has an enviable reputation for tennis coaching. Our resident coach, Jamie Durkin and his assistants are popular with members, especially younger players.
Coaching sessions are run regularily at weekends and on certain evenings- call or email for details. Private coaching can also be organised on application.
The club runs regular seasonal training camps during the main holiday periods, usually easter, summer and autumn holidays. These sessions are usually over subscribed, so please watch for details and book early.
