During the squash season the club organises a number of competitions which are always popular with squash members, for example:
In addition, each year the Club holds an open Vets (Veterans) Tournament attracting players from all over the U.K. The tournament is divided into age group competitions with prize money for the winners.The Ladies and Gents Championships attracts the Club’s top players resulting in some excellent matches for the spectator.
The tournament features seven different age group categories ranging from the main event to a Venerable class.
The Club caters for Juniors across all age-groups, regardless of ability, with coaching from qualified coaches available for beginners, improvers and an elite squad. Junior matches are played against other clubs in the Central area throughout the season and these provide opportunities for development. The club has had juniors playing for Scotland in the past and currently has one player representing Scotland as a junior internationalist.
